About Chad

Even as I started my own business in college, I always loved encouraging others. In my mid-twenties that passion for helping others took me on a journey of serving college students and young adults through the local church.

Over the last 19 years, I have had the opportunity to learn about people. I have been involved in teaching, counseling, advising, and encouraging.

I have also had experience in project management while working with a multi-million dollar capital campaign, planning new projects, and equipping and training others for ministry.

Over the last 12 years, I have been involved in developing, planning, writing, and implementing an intensive discipleship program where I have seen first-hand the growth and transformation in the lives of others. I am continually growing, myself.

Writing has become a big part of my life as well. It has been a labor of love to work on my own works as well as editing great works of the past and getting them into a format that makes them accessible to a new generation of readers.

I have decided to change the world by encouraging and building up leaders who will change the world.
